Default Emissions I/M inc

2010 Chevy Silverado received error codes for knock sensor, evap sensor and large leak. I replaced evap sensor and the check engine light went off, clearing both the large leak and evap codes. I then replaced the knock sensor and that cleared. I still cannot get a sticker because the I/M shows INC not ready for evap system monitor and oxygen sensor monitor. Any advice? Thank you.

evap monitors won't run if the fuel level is not between 25-85% full. Will not run if the temp is to cold; temp dependant.

oxygen sensors run pretty quick...google inspection maitenance monitor conditions and maybe you can find what you need to do to meet the drive cycle conditions.

Thank you very much. After filling the fuel tank the evap mon system showed ok. which will give me the chance to get my inspection sticker.
I will look into the other issue using your advice.
Greatly appreciated
