Ok, does GM not care about us loyal customers? My AC stopped working and its the condenser unit. It was not a rock but a stress fracture. I've been told they are on back order and have to wait 6 weeks. I have checked on line and there are hundreds of the same complaint. Does GM customer care really care about us or do they want to keep losing customers. I have been a chevy guy for 30 years and unless GM takes some action on these faulty AC units they will be losing thousand of loyal customers including me.

I would be embarrassed to call myself a customer care employee for GM.
