Falty A/C condencer
My 2014 Chevy Silverado's air conditioning broke. I had 50,000 mile so the warranty was gone. It seems the condensing unity was the issue. I tried to get a new condensing unit but all the dealers with in 100 miles were out of them. Come to find out the problem should be a factory recall item, The reason why you cannot find the replacement part is they condensing unit are dropping like fly's. I talked to the dealer and he just shook his head. He told me he expected GM to fix the issue because they ay are now seeing slow sales in the trucks due to this issue. I had to drive over 100 miles to find a condenser and paid over $600.00 and I want my money back. I have been a Chevy truk man since 1969. I am moving to Ford. Soon.
