Instrumentation

On 10/16/2023 I purchased a 2024 Silverado 2500 HD. I want the instrumentation to stop resetting my trip meter every time I stop and go shopping or fuel up my truck, is this possible ?

Haha, yeah no where in the 2024 owners manual index does it mention instrumentation. I worked in the auto industry for 30yrs and have owned over 30 vehicles, if it was that easy I wouldn’t have posted the thread. Thanks just the same

Not sure how to send pictures, but in my owners manual pgs are all vehicle care information. Also, just noticed that I have 2 manuals and neither one is the owners manual. I have a 6.6L Duramax Diesel Engine Supplement and Silverado 2500 HD / 3500 HD Essential Operating and Safety Information books.
