Three bugs with a 2023 1500 Custom

I have three bugs with my new Chevrolet 2023 1500 custom truck. 2.7L Turbo with 8 speed transmission. I wanted to see if others are having these also.

1. Transmission Shifting Issue: If I accelerate to highway speeds and immediately set the cruise control, the truck will not shift into 8th gear. It will stay in 7th for miles. RPM's will stay high and trans temp will go to 215 or so if left this way. I have to disable cruise, feather the throttle, the truck will finally go into 8th, and activate cruise control again. My truck has done this since day one. Very annoying and frustrated with this on a new vehicle.
2. Key Fob Nanny: If I get out of the truck and run into a store, taking my key fob with me. If I come back to the truck and get in, the truck will triple honk at me when I close the door. I have to start the truck with the door open, or hit the key unlock button, even when it is unlocked. I have already disables key fob alerts in the settings menu, it still does it. Very annoying and embarrassing at times.
3. Front Facing Camera Error: In fog, the front facing camera will take over the dash and demand it be cleaned. Its fog, I cant make the camera see any better than I can. No button, at least that I have found, will allow the warning to go away. So you have no speed display while this warning is displayed. A light on the dash will also light up when it does this.

I have checked for updates in the menu system but none are available.

What does your dealer say about adressing these concerns?

Dealer

I haven’t took it in yet but I’m having some serious infotainment issues also I did talk to a lawyer from the class action lawsuit and they are very interested in People taking these issues to the dealers for repair and if not then possibly recoup full cost of your vehicle minus tax of course

Probably fair to give them a chance to make it right before running to a lawyer. Stuff breaks, I assume you have warranty, give them a chance to help!
