89 Asto squeals
 

4.3 V-6 Replaced belt, & tensioner assembly. Van has AC, PS, and no a.i.r. pump. All rotating parts driven by belt rotate smoothly. Suggestions please.

belt routing matches the diagram under the hood

A/C not working, use it as an idler pulley. PS good. Belt alignment looks good, hard to exactly check. Fan good. Have several scratchin' ther heads on this problem.

mine squeaks also, and I just use some belt dressing or silicone spray and it goes away for like 2 weeks
