Subs rattle stuff loose
I have a 98 Chev half ton and I just got a new 10" Kicker CVR sub. Just one though. Does having subs rattle stuff loose on your truck or car? Like just little nuts and bolts and things like that?

Generally no. Especially with only one 10" even though it is a Kicker, it shouldnt rattle anything loose. You would have to be reallllly banging to do that. Using like a 15" with 1500 watts might rattle something loose but you should be good.

Hi cs361,
Welcome to the Chevy Forums.
If you're jammin' tunes and really crankin' it, it could happen, given
the harmonics and vibration paradigms are different for every truck and
sound system.
What you may need to do is use either Threadlocker, regular painter's caulk,
silicone gasket sealer, Permatex gasket tack, or Crazy Glue Gel on the threads
of you affected nuts and bolts. These are given in order, from
weaker to stronger, and you may want to consider if you'll
need to remove the fastener again before you use a stronger
compound.
