How GM claims this isn’t a defect I’ll never understand. After purchasing 22 chevys in 30 years, I’m abandoning GM for their total disregard tof customers, service integrity and lack of honest business practices. This is a 2012 Avalanche, garages and hand washed, waxed and maintained with the highest quality products. A disgrace and shame.
