1988 Caprice Hubcap removal WITHOUT tool.

Does anybody know how to remove the original wire hubcaps for a 1988 Caprice without the removal tool? I lost mine and no auto parts stores around me carry them.

not without wrecking them. try the autowreckers or ebay for the tool.
