2002 cav cooling fan won't start
When I turn on my car the fan will not start, I tried checking if it strted with the a/c on but it doesn't do the trick. The belt next to the enging(don't know what its called) makes a weird squeaking noise, could this be the fan belt or the timing belt? could this have something to do with the fan at all? I don't know what to do. I read somewhere it could be the PCM (I have no idea what that is or how to find it) someone help this mechanically challenged person fix her car.

Well start with checking your fuses. Make sure non of the fan ones are burnt out, if that doesnt fix the problem, move on to the relays. There all the same so simply switch the fan one with another and see if it works. If it does its a bad relay, you can get them at your local auto store.
