Car died going down the interstate and now it won't start
I was driving home from work the other night on I-90. I pulled over to pass somebody when all of the sudden my car made a weird sound and started struggling to keep speed. It gradually started slowing down to the point that I had my foot to the floor and was barely doing 35mph. At that point it died. I coasted over to the shoulder of the road and tried to start my car back up to exit the interstate, but it wouldn't even crank. It made a sound almost like a dead battery but more hollow if that makes sense. Does anybody know what might be going on here? My guess is engine seizure but I'm not mechanical when it comes to cars.
