dim lights,serv.,check engine,abs,brake lights stay on
 

seem to have a short problem, but check all wiring under hood and all seem to be o.k. day lights are dimming now the thing is when driving the abs,brake,service,and check engine lights come on and the gauges stop working. this happens when air conditioner is on as well. can anybody help with this problem.

sounds like a battery problem

do u have a voltmeter
if so see what kind of voltage u arer getting while the car is running
or take ur battery and alternator to autozone and have them checked

Sounds like alternator has stoped charging.
