2010 Chevy Cobalt Lt, No start, Rapid Clicking, Dash lights flashing

Hello, my cobalt Lt stopped mid drive and wount start back up.

All it does when I turn the key is make the starter solenoid click rapidly, makes the whole cars electrical flash. It also unlocks and locks the doors rapidly.

I changed out the battery, new starter 1 month ago.

Here is a video of my issue: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Xsal34lW_OIC7OREkjzj0WefkoxZqJdL/view?usp=drivesdk

Any help? I think its maybe a grounding issue since it shut off mid drive going 25mph and the electrical is going crazy while trying to start.

Sounds like a dead battery which could be caused by a bad alternator. Could also be bad battery cables or loose or corroded connections.

I have charged and replaced the battery and tried my spare battery to give the exact same symptoms.
I use my OBD2 adapter to see the battery voltage also and it's good well above 12.

I cleaned the battery connections and they are perfect.

No OBD codes btw.

Check the battery voltage while trying to crank the engine.
