Ignition problems!

Just had ignition switch recall done on my 06 cobalt ss supercharged. Car war working fine but i had lost my key so i figured "have the recall work done and get new keys for no cost". But when the dealer called to tell me they where done with the work they also said the car wouldnt start. And since i dropped it off with no key they had no way to be sure it was running when they got it. I can't prove it was running but before i lost my key it always started right up. But i towed the car home to try and figure out what is going on. Now everything comes on except the engine wont even try to start. The security light is on so i tried the reset routine of on for 10 mins off 10 secs and back on. The light does not go out. If anyone has other ideas please share your thoughts
