2015 Colorado Bluetooth Disconnecting

I have a 2015 Colorado with the Z71 and gps bose upgraded sound system.

I paired it with my phone and every once and a while it just disconnects and a few seconds later it reconnects again. This is very annoying while im on a call, because the speakers go out then the stereo turns back on and then it reconnects again.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and just updated the OS to 5.0. I have literally watched the phone bluetooth turn off and on again, so I am leaning towards the phone doing it but who knows what is not communicating correctly.

Any one have any thoughts?

So it sounds like it was fine BEFORE upgrading?

I'm still on 4.2 whatever on GS4 and haven't upgraded.

I had just updated the OS a few days before I got the truck, so I have nothing to compare to.
I have sat in the truck and watched the Bluetooth settings and the phone bluetooth just turns off and then within a few seconds it turns on. That is why I am leaning towards the phone.

update...

I have downgraded my OS to Kitkat 4.4.4 for Verizon on the Galaxy S5.
It seems to have fixed the issue. The texting service on Mylink is now also working. Although it is limited. I have also found on the texting app that you need to be using SMS not hangouts messaging service. It does not come up unless it is an SMS text.
