Driver Door Lock and Window Buttons Not Working

Driver Door Lock and Window Buttons Not Working
The power window and lock are not working on my driver-side door. Though the driver-side controls work with the other windows, but not the locks. When I press the lock button, it sounds like there is a clicking sound under the hood. The key fob also does not work on the locks. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
