Default should I use Denso iridium plugs on my 04 colorado. any andvantages over stock?

I have a 2004 colorado crewcab 2wd L85 with 33k miles and the 3.5l engine. I have a True flow intake and filter as well as a Magnaflow exhaust. Can I use the Denso ITV16 plug to get better mileage and performance? I have denso iridiums on my1995 saturn SW2 for 4 years and 2000 SC2 for 3 years and have been impressed with them. Have also used them on a 2002 VW jetta 2.0L and found them to give better mileage and performance on it to. Has anyone out there tried them on the colorado and is it worth replacing the stock plugs with them? I am getting better then 25mpg freeway miles now and want to do even better Dirk
