Yet at the end, he's show's he's sucking in outside air and not using re-circulation.

there actually is a bulletin for these cars not producing enough heat. It is not a fault.


If there are no DTCs, the engine coolant level is correct and the thermostat is diagnosed as operating correctly, then the comment of the engine is slow to reach normal coolant operating temperatures should be considered as a normal operating condition of these energy efficient engines in cold ambient temperatures.

Gm take my cruze in trade please and I will shut up!! honestly I really feel like I got ripped off , glad that the newer cruze models don't have so many problems , wish I could trade for a 2015 2.0 diesel cruze

I don't have a time for you. If your not getting heat, check your coolant level.
the car will set a p0128 dtc is the car is not coming to temp fast enough. The ecm knows the initial start up coolant temp and knows that the coolant temp should be at a set point within a determined run time. if its not, it will set a dtc.
