Default 283ci hp/tq numbers help?

Hey guys, I'm looking for rough ideas on hp/tq???
my engine may make
I'm a ford guy,
But I jumped over to the sbc side.
So it's a 283 built in 57 (ran the numbers )
It is bored .40 over
Forged trw flat tops,
1.6 rockers
041 heads ( 1.94intake, 1.60 exh) yes the exhaust was opened a bit
The heads are milled to 60cc from 64cc to get 9.1compression (from what I hear it should be around 9:3.1
Will be running a cam with no higher then 450 lift
(Comp cam 620h or a 264h)
The block has been decked to zero (how much compression will the decking create ? If so could this jump it to 10.1compression?)
Itll have good performing intake on it (not sure of which one as my buddy hasn't brang it over )
Will be running a 650 carb
Shorty headers
Dual exhaust

Right now Itll be mated with a turbo350
And 3.55 gears
I been looking at 4.11 with a 4spd (I've heard this is a good combo to have )

I'm aiming for 320-320hp
Is this a decent guesstimate?

I'm new to this chevy forum as well
I'm just looking to understand and learn chevy stuff

Welcome to the world of General Motors, Chevrolet Division, Shoebox!

The 283 cubic inch started out as the 265 C-I back in the 1950's. Its a versatile motor and the forerunner of many of GM's small block motors of even more cubic inches.

The 283 high-output factory motor put out 280 horsepower, so boosting it into the lower 300 HP should not be very hard to do. Your axle gear ratio of 4.10 would be too low for a car, but in a pickup it would be fine. I would stay FAR away from the Rochester Quadrajet 4-barrel Carburetor. Go for a Holley 650 or an Edlebrock-Carter carburetor. Chevrolet used mostly Rochester and Holley Carburetors as their factory installed carburetors since the early 1960's, BTW.
