Cant Identify this cam

Default Cant Identify this cam
My father picked up a 365hp merc 7.4 out of a 87' formula that we were thinking of putting in his 68 Firebird. We pulled it apart and It had a roller conversion done. The guy we got it from said it was what he thought a comp cam. Did some research and cant find anything. Only numbers are at the back of the cam.

I called a contact at Comp Cams and it isn't one of theirs.
