What do you prefer/recommend?

I have a 383 vortec, 425hp/450tq...

Holley and Edelbrock are the elite. You go with one of those, you can't go wrong.

That depends what part are you talking here? Intake I assume.........but don't know..........

Oh yeah, sorry. Carb. I am new to this. Anyway, after talking with some tech folks at a few different place, I/we decided to go with a Edelbrock Thunder series 650. I'll let ya know how it goes.

Cut a hole in the hood and put a blower on it! lol :D

What kind of vehicle is this on anyway? What tranny are you running, rearend, all that usual stuff........

It's in my 1988 Caprice Hearse. Stock Tranny and rear end (temporarily) with 2400 rpm Stall convertor

I've heard go Holley for the power and Edelbrock for economy...

I personally am running Edelbrock now but I have also used Holleyin the pastand I have no complaints from both.
