What is this 454 worth?

What is this 454 worth?
I found a 454 out of 85 burb 3/4 ton 2wd thats locked up for $175 complete.
It locked up from someone driving it and the trany got stuck in 2nd and engine being over revived from it.. I figure all the external parts are least worth the $175. I wanna rebuild it and put it in a gmt-400. The 85 burb is also missing a steering column. the guy said he can junk the whole thing for $600.

It all depends on what it looks like when you get inside. Most seized engines I have torn into have not been worth rebuilding. I will not rebuild anything that requires more than .30 over on the cylinder walls.

I dont think the pistons are frozen. I think the crank bearings got hot when it was stuck in 2nd and reviving. Then when the engine was shut off then crank bearings cooled down and froze up.
