2006 Equinox back hatch stuck-won't open
 

It was working fine, but then suddenly last week it stopped working...can't open it...

I imagine others with the same vintage Equinox have had the same problem...

I don't have a remote key fob, just the door lock button....HOW DO DEALERS OPEN A STUCK BACK HATCH DOOR..?
