Do you know the part number for the Daytime Running Lights replacement bulb? I have had no luck finding them, its not even listed in my owners manual.

The DRL resistor is GM p/n 25815013. It will probably run you about $70 or so from your local stealership. There are no aftermarket alternatives available.

We have a 2010 and we are looking for the DRL resistor so we can by pass it. I have looked under the left fender as the earlier models had with no luck finding it. Has anyone with 2010 been able to locate it and if so could you post pictures and a description of where it is located?

The 2010 Equinox probably doesn't have the said DRL resistor. Only the 2005-2006 Equinox had it. Why would you want to bypass it? I presume to install HID headlights.

Yes. We are installing HID head lights and the voltage that we are getting out from the DLR is less that 12VDC. This makes the relay just chatter. Once the regular headlights come on I get 12VDC+ and the relay works fine.
