Unable to set up bluetooth on '16 Equinox
I was trying to pair bluetooth with a friend of mine's phone, and I was unable to delete one of the five that were preset in the system (she recently bought the Equinox and the dealership is giving her the runaround); I've already tried resetting to factory settings though it seemed as if nothing happened.

I remember that some Equinoxes were really having problems specifically with Bluetooth;
some people got their radios replaced!!
but...
try this:
1. Turn the infotainment system on
and press the CONFIG button to
access the Configuration
Settings menu.
2. Turn the MENU/SEL **** to
highlight Vehicle Settings.
3. Press the center of the MENU/
SEL **** to select the Vehicle
Settings menu.
4. Return to Factory Settings
