2010 Equinox won't keep time

2010 Equinox won't keep time
I purchased a pre-owned 2010 Chevy Equinox about a month ago. After setting the time, I noticed that the time changes each time I get in the truck. It's so frustrating! 
Also, the radio stations change by themselves. When I'm listening to a cd, when I get back in the truck, it goes back to the beginning of the cd, not the last song I was listening to.
When I did some research, I found at least 3 pages of customers on GM Insiders that have the 2010 Equinox with the exact same problem.
Has anyone else heard about this?
