So all the misfires are on cylinder 5, correct?

inspect the #5 spark plug
try swapping coils and injectors around to help narrow down the issue.

Seems like it. I will switch the wires for now due to the injectors are under the manifold and don’t want to remove that if I don’t have to.
can’t switch coils bc it’s one large coil not individual ones .

if I’m gonna switch the injectors around I will replace all 6 of them.

I wouldn't replace working injectors. OEM are discontinued, and you never know what you're going to get with aftermarket.
