I believe the 02 and older express has the same rear bumper as the 03 and newer express's
is this true or false?
are the older 02 front bumper interchangable w/ 03 and newer front bumper? they appear a tad different. maybe the styrowfoam and cover is different but the actuel metal bumper is the same.
