04 Express armrest removal
I have an 04 Express box van. How do I remove the armrest on the seat??
Is there a trick to it or do you have to get into removing seat fabric?
Any help would be much appreciated!

i was looking into this for the astro i read put the arm to raised position push it in then turn backwards i got this far but did not remove incase it is spring loaded as it did not say how to replace
