Looking to swap my automatic transmission to a stick in my g20. Would be awesome if I could get some opinions and tips for the job(good places for parts, common issues, any advice from experience) im not finding much info on these specific vans online. I can take pictures of the van but its a pretty basic g20. 1991.

In my honest opinion three on the tree sucks....
You are better off with spending that money on a quality 4 speed auto tranny....

I didnt plan on doing it that way haha I dont enjoy driving them either. I was looking to bring the stick from the floor. I have seen a lot of ford vans of this time period done this way but am having a hard time finding chevy dudes doing it.

I have never seen one from the floor, as it would be way back between the seats.....

I'm looking to do the same if it's possible with a 4speed Chevy transmission of some sort

I'm looking to do the same thing to my 93 gladiator. I just want to know what manual trans is best to use. I know I have to build a custom shifter and that's not an issue.
