Default 1996 5.0 will not restart at running temp

Hi all,
I'm having a problem with my 1996 5.0 van, it Will start fine when cold but when it gets to running temperature, and you shut it off To go into store or something and try to restart it will not start until you give it gas, than it will start. No codes come up, no idea what's wrong, any help would be appreciated
thanks in advance

does it start up normally after you leave the key to the 2nd position for like 10 secs or until the security light goes out?

Sounds like a fuel issue....pressure regulator or something. Try cleaning the MAF sensor. Check your air filter, fuel filter etc.

Giving a little throttle may be allowing the extra air it needs into the throttle body......if its flooding.

When you start it hot and shut it off can you smell rich exhaust?

does it start right up if you quickly turn the key after putting it in?
like without letting the fuel pump prime

No we always let the pump prime, it will not restart until you press the gas. After you let it sit 15 to 20 mins it will start without pushing gas, we have been working on this in the yard , don't want to drive around town and get stuck with it not restarting

i was wondering if the injectors are leaking down into the throttle body. shut it off and watch the injectors for 5 minutes.
