Post 2001 4.3 liter express- starts, runs with misfire, then wont start

Help, 2001 chevy express van starts randomly then eventually dies and wont restart. Only code is P0300 Random misfire. Replaced wires, plugs, cap, rotor, coil, module, crank&camshaft sensor, TPS, fuel rail has 60psi. What should be my next step? Read something about worn distibutor gear. Would Bad O2 sensors cause random starts with bad idle and eventually no start. Please Help..... Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Several things could cause a random misfire. You already changed the plugs and wires. The fuel filter being partially clogged could affect it. Also vacuum leaks are important to check. Look for loose, cracked or disconnected vacuum lines. If you get it to run for a while, spray carb cleaner around the intake and see if it changes idle for a second or two. This will tell you if it is leaking in that area. Last thing to check would be a weak battery.
