2002 Express 1500 5.7L LT - Readiness to pass smog
This 02 van continues to run well apart from passing emissions.
I have been trying continually to get the IM readiness complete without success. Nearly two years without registration. They will not test it because the IM's are not ready.
I have driven it hundreds of miles and completed many OBDII drive cycles without any change. I have a really good OBD that monitors as I drive but nada.
No CEL's at all and the van runs smooth.
Could the ECU be bad?
Any ideas? Help appreciated.
