Default 2010 express 1500 Changing grill and lights

I have the 2010 xpress 1500 and it has the black grill, i am going to change bumpers from black to chrome and the grill too, in doing that i have to change the head lights, i found where to get the lights but are there holes for the lights predrilled or do i have to add them and also what about the wiring is there plugs for them already there or do i need a wiring kit for the lights

HAS ANYONE ELSE DONE THIS YET
?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??

I did it on my '06 and it isn't too bad. Need lights, grill, cut out the radiator support in a few spots, and make a wiring harness for the lights.
