Looking to make an offer on one, don't know a fair price. Runs okay, body pretty straight, needs paint, 4 captain chairs inside and interior fair condition. Seattle.

I cannot help you as far as making an offer on that van
I have an express van ....
but i will offer you up some info on how I came to a reasonable price
when I bought my van..
I used Craigslist....I looked at alot of different cities to see what others were
asking for their vans....
thats how I came up with what I offered the guy for my van.... plus it helped
that I knew a friend of his.. too... lol
go search out some craiglist ads..
