When you turn on the key, do you hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds? if not, the fuel pump is seized. Getting under the fuel tank with mallet or something and banging on the underside of the tank while someone cranks it may get it to start. If that works, you have a variable window to get it fixed. It may last an hour, it may last a year......before not starting again.....
If the pump primes, and the engine is trying to start but won't.....then pull the distributor cap and check the posts inside for heavy oxidation.....

even if you hear the fuel pump prime...it could still mean low fuel pressure
i had a no start condition after the van died out of nowhere
fuel pump priming was audible, spark was present
it started up with some starting fluid
bought a fuel pressure gauge and it read something like 6psi
i think everyone who owns these vans should purchase a fuel pressure gauge
