Default air blows out defrost only
Hi new to the forum i have 1987 winnebegao with chevy chassis,no matter where i place control selector air only comes out from defrost vents

Defrost is the default. You need to look for a broken vac line. The line that comes from the engine through the fire wall is the one to be concerned with.
