Anyone have any experience with the Autex C66436A
Amazon Amazon
I'm interested in putting some lipstick on my pig.

No experience, but they look good. I always read the reviews.

Lipstick or not, it is still just a pig.

I am not comfortable standing out with modifications so I wouldn't do it. But that's me. The one you show probably just snaps over your existing. At least I would think it would.

to make them fit well it's more work than most are willing to do...my grill was in rough shape (from a donor vehicle) so I didn't have much to lose. I'm thinking about eliminating the black all together and painting it an argent/silver...in general I'm good with what I've got...not in love with it but I'll date it..

I was going to say doesn't that stifle the air flow? But then you do not have that problem.

yeah the scoop will bring in plenty of cool air...I also cut out 90% of the existing grill "mesh" and used a flapper wheel to level the high spots on what remained to get a better fit up...it could still use some tweaking but it's close..
