Default Bottom Heater Core Hose

Rebuilding a bunch of stuff on a 1986 Chevy G20 with the 350 in it, and the bottom heater core hose got completely disconnected. I have no idea where it goes. I feel dumb but any help would be awesome.

It should go to the water pump, right by the other hose.

By the radiator bottom hose? Because the top heater hose just runs to the radiator, right next to the cap.

i would think the trucks and vans were set up in the same way and i know some water pumps have both hoses connected, but most times you have the 5/8s hose running from the heater core to the intake as a supply next to the thermostat and the 3/4 runs to the water pump or rad as a return in later models

If the other heater hose goes to the radiator, then they did things differently in the 80's. Don't know, sorry.

I just went and looked at my 1987 g30 with 350 v8 and the bottom hose goes to the frount of the intake just to the pass. Side [right side sitting in driver seat] of the thermstat housing and like yours the top goes to the rad. Good luck and hope this helps .

I found it! It was hiding under the new fuel line.

Default Found it

Thanks for your help. I just needed to look a little harder. It was right there under a new fuel line:
