I have wanted to put a lift on my Van for some time now, mainly like the look with bigger tires. I really didnt want to run a spacer and make my van ride rougher. While playing on the www I found a local shop that was building a lift spindle that would give it 3" of lift and allow me to run a 265x75xq6 tire. I contacted Weldtec Designs about their lift spindle, they were more then help and welcomed me to come down and check them out along with going for a ride in a Chevrolet Express they had just lifted with them. After a ride in the van i was sold. Here is a look at my van now.
Here is a pic of the spindle:

I will post more pics once I add Tires, thinking about doing a front bumper now that I have seen some they build for my van.

Do you have any updates now that it has been a couple years? I'd like to lift my 2004 Roadtrek...what did you do out back to lift it?
Cheers, Steve

Sweet !!! I wonder if they make them for jeeps ? Great way to raise your body with out all the problems of spring spacers , etc.
