Did you use the OEM floor as a template to cut your plywood or a different method?

No, because the OEM floor doesn't go edge to edge. It only reaches the plastic trim paneling inside. (Mine is a passenger model). I wanted the wood to be tight, to have as little gap as possible.

I stuck together some sheets of carboard from work to cover the entire floor, and made a template which I then transferred over to the plywood, which is 3/4" exterior grade sheathing TNG (tongue-in groove). 5 ply I think.
