Have you figured out your tire and wheel fitment issue yet?
You need mudflaps or you will sandblast the paint off the lower side of the van from the front wheels back.....

I called Bushwaker but they dont make fender flare for Chevy Van, only for Ford vans. They told me that they dont have enough demand for it but I work hard with Boulder Offroad Vans to ask all his Customer to call them. Maybe with this they will see that they can sell fender flare for those vans.

For now, I will make my own fender flare. I'm the wholesaler in Canada for Hydro-Turf mats and I will try to make something nice with this mat.

For the fitment of my Rolling door, I dont remember is name but someone in this forum told me a good information, I will have to lengthen the two arm who hold the busching pin in the rear bracket of my door. With this, my door will have more place for the Wheel and I will have enough place on the railing Inside to close the door. I dont want to change the mags because they are expensive, I like them and they are already low offset. The real point is my new tire are much wider then the original one.

lift

can you tell me how you lifted the van 6 inches? I can't find anyone that can lift due to it having a Quigley 4x4 system

I bought my kit at AWD Chevy and GMC VanLift Kits, It's expensive but it's the only one and this kit is very strong and worth the price. I spend around 8000$ for the lift kit, front drivesshaft and new wheel and tire and if you ask me if I will do it again, I will say anytime!!
