Express van runs rough under load??
Hi! Happy 4th!!! This is what I'm working on. I had a small leak in my manifold so i just replaced the intake manifold gasket. I unassembled/reassembled everything without any problems or broken parts. My problem now is the van starts, idles, and revs great; but only in PARK or NEUTRAL. Every other gear which puts a load on the engine makes it run rough and no power?? The van was driving fine before I took it apart, just had the leak.
Year - 2000
Model - Chevrolet express 2500 5.7L
Miles - 160,000. I purchased it with 135,000 2.5 years ago.
New spark plugs, and wires about 2years ago
New radiator about 1 year ago
New fuel pump assembly and filter about 6 months ago
