Help replacing radiator Fan

The bearings in my radiator fan are shot (making grinding noise) and it's very wobbly.

For starters i ask is it just the fan i need to replace or another part of it that contains the bearings?
I also have no idea how to replace the fan. All i can see is a giant nut on the pulley side.

Edit* is it more likley the fan clutch?

Yes, as one unit.

one last question, would you know if there is a difference between the 6.0 engine and 5.3 clutch? there shouldn't be but checking on ebay for some and says it fits the 6.0 but not the 5.3 ???

The water pump is what the fan attaches to. If your wobble is behind the large nut the fan bolts to you need a water pump. The are no bearings in the clutch and do not fail as you have described. If the blades wobble on the fan clutch the you should make sure the bolts are tight.

When you post a problem you should put in the year and engine size. Even though it does not change the results.
