Default Leveling kit ??

I have a 2000 Chevy express Van 1500 and I would like to get a leveling kit about 2 1/2 to 3 inches lift in the front. And I don't know where to get the kids from more how to find them where do I go and what can I use it and also how big of a tire can I go without rubbing could I go 2 sizes up or should I go only go 1 size up. Oh and it's all stock right now. Thanks

Maybe this guy can help, he posted earlier this year. Seems to me the oldest model year was 2003, but try the manufacturer.

Just checked WeldTec, here is the kit for 1996-2002 vans.
