Muffler Problem?

Hello

Water leaking out of tailpipe is normal but is water leaking out of the rear-facing muffler section normal? There appears to be small hole, where exhaust/condensation is leaking out of. My van only has 8k miles. Thanks for your input.

No, muffler fine, the hole is supposed to be there.
