No Low beam headlights

Hello, I have a 1994 g20, the high beams and fog lights work fine but both of the low beam headlights do not work and nor do they have power going to them, I tested with a multimeter while they were on. Could it be a bad relay? And if so where is that located at so I could the good ol shake test and or replace it. I just received this van I am not too experienced with the electronics side of it.

When I get in (2-3 hours) I'll post wiring diagrams from Clymer. Separate sealed beams (side-by-side) design may be on a separate fuse.

Does anyone know where the daytime running lights relay would be or the fuse going to it?

There's the basic fuse box behind brake pedal (my '93). If not there in the '94 check under driver seat. Don't know about the relay off-hand. You might have an under hood relay box also.
