Default Radio upgrade

Hello. I'm new to the site. This question may have been asked already. I have a 2007 express 2500 with basic am/fm radio with one radio connector. I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade to the GM cd/aux radio with two connectors going to the radio in later express cargo vans?
Thank you for any information.

Yes, but sooooooo not worth the hassle for a crappy factory radio. I upgraded my factory top line radio with amps speakers sub, and audio crontrol bx to clean up the bass rolloff and I am still not happy with how it sounds. Fatory deks have the bas cranked at lower volumes....I have my treble turned all the way up, and bass 3 notches below mid just to make it sound clean.

Trust me. Buy an aftermarket deck, and all the required parts you need ......

Thanks for the quick reply. I was just hoping the later model decks had better sound.
