Default Rubber/plastic to be replaced?

Forum,
As I have posted before, my Conversion Van, altough has low milleage, is close to 20 years old. What rubber/plastic/hoses should I start looking for for a replacement?

The Van was barely used, so some plastic pieces start to become hard. Im worried maybe more in hoses? chasis/engine support maybe?

Thanks.

Not that they're prone to going bad, but I always worry about the rubber brake lines at the wheels.

Vacuum tubes seem to be first victim. Also door gaskets shrink. Exhaust hangers. No need to go out and start stocking up, just keep an eye on 'em.
