Default Step grip tape or traction for wet feet?

I'm wondering if anyone makes precut grip tape for the steps into the front and side doors of a 2000 express. I slipped getting in the other day and bruised my leg.

I'm thinking about something from talon grips for pistols.

Someone may make it, but I've never seen it. Why not just buy it in tape fashion? 3/4 or 1" wide. I didn't realize the steps were slippery, mine aren't even installed right now. Too much to do and no time or weather for it.

Because I'm lazy. But it looks like I'm buying some tape.
